You grant us a limited license to process images solely to provide transformations & compliance checks.

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to platform code & models. You retain rights to your original images.

Disclaimers

Service provided "as is" without warranties; we do not guarantee marketplace approval though we aim to maximize compliance.

Limitation of Liability

Aggregate liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

Termination

You may stop using anytime. We may suspend for material breach or security risk.
