Data Collected

• Email (when you request exports, support, or subscribe)
• Images you actively upload for checking/fixing
• Operational logs (error + performance metrics, anonymized)

• Product improvement (legitimate interest; aggregated)
• Compliance & security (legal obligation)

Retention

Uploaded images are purged automatically within 24h unless you convert them into saved assets (future feature). Logs rotate within 30 days.

Processors

AWS (hosting), Email provider (transactional notices). All processors under DPAs with equivalent safeguards.

International Transfers

We rely on AWS regional infrastructure and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Encryption in transit (HTTPS). Least-privilege IAM. Continuous dependency patching.
